Kafta is the Middle Eastern equivalent of a Hamburger Patti. Made from Minced Lamb, Chopped Onions, and assorted Herbs and Spices. This mix is most often put on a skewer and cooked on the BBQ or open fire. Good Kafta is absolutely addictive with amazing refreshing flavour that you cannot get enough of.
Use:
Add approximately 8-10 teaspoons to minced meat, chopped onions and parsley. Put on skewers and cook on the BBQ. If the weather is not BBQ friendly then press into risoles and cook in the frypad with a little oil.
