This relaxing tea is a great start or end to your day, perfect on its own or with a touch of honey.
Ingredients: Chamomile and Lavender Flowers.
Brewing:
Boil Water
Add 1-2 teaspoons of relaxing tea per cup, best to use a a tea infuser or strainer for easy removal later.
Add water, cover and allow to steep for up-to 5 minutes or to taste.
Remove the strainer and sweeten if desired.
